Whenever I need to make any changes to my account, I ALWAYS have to call customer service. The app is just another way of interacting with the equally useless AT&T website. Every time I have used this app, there is some"temporary" problem. And with the prices people pay monthly it feels like such a scam you have never optimized this app. I'm sorry I've had ATT for so long but you guys are a tech company you should be able to get some app developers to fix this. I used to work for them and it's a shame how far down the drain they have gone. For a technology company they sure suck at technology. Not only is the app terrible and unstable but the at&t website is just as bad. And when it doesnt work and you try calling, you cannot understand the representative that you're speaking to. Not recognizing my login info, even though its being put in correctly. The app is just as bad if not worse than the damn website. You'd think, with all the hidden fees AT&T hits us with, they'd be able to at least have a functional app they could take people's money with. Literally have never gotten anything done I set out to do on this app, due to the app freezing, crashing, white screens, or it telling me to try again later. I would normally go to the web and avoid such a horrible app, but the website is just as atrocious. Super slow, even for the most simple task. It wouldn't be such a bad app if it actually done what it was meant to do all the time.įor a wireless tech company, app is horrendous. I open it up and it kicks me off or I click on make a payment and it won't pull anything up. Now nothing works right! Took me 40 minutes just to log in to pay my phone bill! That's Ridiculous!! Ya know the old saying that If it's NOT broke, don't fix it! Well the app wasn't broken, so STOP TRYING TO FIX IT!! 😡🤬ġ/2 of the time is doesn't work. Liked the app alot more before the unnecessary update. Very likely gonna dump both DirectTV, home phone service and multiple cell phones on their services because of the major rate increases and inability to get access. Tried to sign in and got past that to a gray screen telling me that it'll only be a moment (before it opens) and after more than 20 minutes still spinning and no access. With a company this big, you'd think they would be able to hire a set of good developers to put out a quality product.
